VARs
Our Value Added Resellers can send up to two attendees per calendar year as per their contract specifications without incurring a course fee. Additional VAR attendees at U.S. $ 495.00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed by thinGk.net at least 10 business days prior the course date in order to receive a full refund.

After this date, any cancellation notice received and confirmed by thinGk.net up to 3 business days prior to the start date of the course will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge if a replacement is not provided by you or thinGk.net's waiting list.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received within 72 hours of the start of the course.

thinGk.net, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course at any time up to three weeks prior to the course start date. In the event of a cancellation, course fees paid to thinGk.net will be credited toward a future course date or refunded in full, at the discretion of the course participant.

The minimum customer site Course fee is U.S. $ 2,900.00 for up to six attendees and U.S. $ 495.00 for each additional attendee. Instructor Travel expenses (not included in course fee) will be quoted separately at time of scheduling. Please contact us at training@thingk.net for arranging a customer-site training course.
