| Description: |
Our Performance and Capacity Department (a division of Engineering) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the development of image server and web-based products including load generators, automated execution utilities, and monitoring tools. Tools used include C++, Java, and PERL where appropriate. Supported Unix platforms include SUN, SGI, HP-UX, Compaq (Digital) and IBM. Responsibilities include all phases (from requirements definition via development to maintenance and enhancements).
3-5 years of experience in software development as well as a solid understanding of C++ and Unix system interface required. Qualified candidates must be team players who have the ability to learn concepts quickly and have a solid understanding of all aspects of good Software Engineering (requirements, functional specification, design, coding, testing, source code control, etc.). Familiarity with Java, ASP, XML and Perl preferred.
