A qualified candidate will have a software development background, preferably in Internet technology and have the ability to motivate, mentor, develop, and coordinate teams of highly skilled developers. Other requirements include 3+ years' experience leading teams of software engineers and 3+ years' experience at managing the lifecycle of software product development. Individual must also be a team-player who can take initiative and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Unix, NT, C++, database technologies, ASP, XML and large scale storage systems desired. Experience with Internet Service Provider function and capability preferred.
